Work on a major project undertaken at KBR Park in Hyderabad has been halted. The project has come to a standstill after environmentalists and various public organizations approached the courts.

Approximately 2,500 green trees were cut down for this project. This situation arose after work had already begun and crores of rupees had been spent.

Many are saying that the Praja Palana Revanth government resembles the rule of a mad Tughlaq, and the KBR Park project is cited as a prime example of this.

Indeed, an efficient administrator would have anticipated such issues in advance and conducted a comprehensive study.

The halting of this project not only leads to a waste of public funds but also raises serious concerns about the environmental damage caused. The public is urging the government to exercise greater caution before undertaking similar projects in the future.
