Residents of Kodangal are facing significant difficulties due to a lack of coordination in ongoing development works, as reported by Namasthe Telangana. Specifically, the drinking water supply has been halted for the past three days, causing considerable hardship for locals.
The water supply has stopped because Mission Bhagiratha pipelines have burst, according to Namasthe Telangana. This situation arose due to the excavation of CC roads as part of the underground drainage construction.
Public anger is growing over the fact that the works have not been completed even after a year. Residents are expressing distress, stating they cannot walk on the muddy and slushy roads created by the underground drainage works.
Namasthe Telangana noted that in some areas, damaged pipelines are causing a shortage of drinking water. Residents of Gandhi Nagar have taken to the streets with empty pots to protest the situation.
In Kodangal, the Chief Minister's constituency, the lack of coordination in development works is causing both drinking water problems and transportation difficulties for the public. This situation is severely impacting the daily lives of local residents.
