Krishna waters are flowing rapidly into the Narlapur Reservoir near Kollapur in Nagarkurnool district. Pumping of water is continuing from two motors at Lift-1 of the Palamuru-Rangareddy Project.
The lifting of water is occurring like a torrent through two motors. This stands as a mark of KCR's administration.
Two 'Bahubali' motors, each with a capacity of 145 megawatts, have been switched on.
Waters are overflowing from the delivery cistern and are reaching the Narlapur Reservoir, resembling a river flow.
Through this project, drinking water and irrigation water will become available to the people of the Kollapur region in Nagarkurnool district. This will contribute to the development of the area.
