BRS working president KT Rama Rao has extended support to Karne Vinay, a 13-year-old boy from Khammam district who is battling brain cancer. He assured the family of comprehensive assistance for the boy's medical treatment.
Vinay, whose parents are Karne Adinarayana and Anitha from Narasimhulagudem village in Kusumanchi mandal, had expressed a desire to meet Rama Rao and have a photograph taken with him.
Former MLA Kandala Upender Reddy facilitated a meeting between Vinay and Rama Rao after learning about the boy's condition and his wish.
Rama Rao met the boy in Hyderabad, where he inquired about his health and medical requirements. He then arranged for Vinay's admission to a hospital to receive advanced treatment.
The BRS leader reassured the family that all necessary support would be provided to ensure the boy receives the best possible medical care. He also encouraged both Vinay and his family to remain strong and not to worry.
