Malkajgiri MLA Marri Rajasekhar Reddy met Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy at the Secretariat on Friday to submit a petition for the resolution of land issues. He urged the minister to make government services more accessible to the public.
MLA Marri Rajasekhar Reddy specifically requested the minister to expedite the resolution of land-related problems. He highlighted the difficulties faced by the public due to these unresolved issues.
A key point of his appeal was the removal of ULC (Urban Land Ceiling) lands from the 22A prohibited list. He also called for the immediate resumption of registrations for these lands.
MLA Rajasekhar Reddy informed the minister that the inclusion of ULC lands in the 22A list has halted their registrations, causing significant hardship for land owners.
The resolution of these issues would bring considerable relief to the residents of the Malkajgiri constituency. Resuming land registrations would facilitate property transactions and allow people to gain full rights over their properties.
