The District Election Officer has commenced inspections of polling stations in preparation for the graduates' MLC elections. These checks are being conducted in Hyderabad, Rangareddy, and Medchal-Malkajgiri districts.

According to election authorities, the constituency includes 656 polling stations spread across nine districts. Hyderabad has 169, Rangareddy 153, Medchal–Malkajgiri 130, and Mahabubnagar 53 such centers.

The District Election Officer has issued directives to Assistant Electoral Registration Officers and other officials. They are tasked with identifying polling stations located in demolished buildings or those converted into residential premises.

This verification process will help officials assess the current arrangements and determine any necessary changes based on the condition of the polling station buildings and the number of voters assigned to each.

The Election Commission of India has designated the Sub-Collector and 18 Revenue Divisional Officers across the nine districts to serve as Assistant Electoral Registration Officers.

Tahsildars, Deputy Commissioners of the GHMC, the Chief Executive Officer of the Secunderabad Cantonment Board, and the GHMC Secretary have also been appointed as Designated Officers for this process.
