TDP members attacked YSRCP leaders in Ippatla village, Lingala mandal, Kadapa district. The incident occurred following the release of the ZPTC and MPTC election notifications.
Kadapa Member of Parliament YS Avinash Reddy filed a complaint at the Rural Police Station. He met with Rural CI Shanthi Lal along with the victims.
YSRCP leaders Suryanarayana Reddy and Niranjan Reddy were injured in the attack, which took place on Monday evening. The attack targeted YSRCP leaders who were supporting MPTC candidates.
MP Avinash Reddy urged CI Shanthi Lal to take strict action against those responsible for the attack. He demanded immediate police action on the incident.
