Visakhapatnam MP Mathukumilli Sribharat inaugurated new medical facilities worth Rs. 28 lakh, funded by MPLADS, at the Bheemili Government Community Health Centre on Saturday. This initiative aims to bring improved medical services within reach of the poor.

These development works were undertaken under the aegis of the Andhra Pradesh Medical Infrastructure Development Corporation. The project was implemented with the goal of providing quality medical care in government hospitals.

On this occasion, the MP stated that a special room has been set up for phototherapy machines, which are used to treat jaundice in newborns. A pre-operative room has also been made available to prepare patients before surgery.

A new ultrasound machine has also been installed at the centre for patient diagnostic tests. This significantly enhances the diagnostic capabilities of the facility.

The MP noted that further development of the Bheemili CHC requires the construction of additional wards and other infrastructure. This will help serve more patients in the future.

These new facilities will provide better medical services to the people of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, especially the poor in the Bheemili region. This will increase public trust in government hospitals.
