National Health Mission (NHM) employees in Jogulamba Gadwal district met Gadwal MLA Bandla Krishnamohan Reddy on October 19, requesting the resolution of their long-standing issues. They submitted a memorandum to the MLA detailing their concerns.
The employees brought eight key demands to his attention, which included issues related to their rights, salaries, and job security. These demands have been pending for a considerable period, according to the employees.
They urged the MLA to regularize NHM employees and provide them with job security. This measure is important for their future stability, the employees stated.
The employees also requested the implementation of Supreme Court orders regarding honorariums, including fixation and payment of 100 percent grant. They believe this action will contribute to their financial well-being.
