YSRCP leader and MP YS Avinash Reddy stated that TDP goons were armed with sticks, rods, sickles, and petrol. He further said that the police, instead of addressing the TDP group, lathi-charged YSRCP councilors. Reddy urged the Election Commission to immediately intervene in the matter.
