Telangana Boggu Gani Karmika Sangham (TBGKS) President Miryala Rajireddy alleged that Congress policies are the root cause of the difficulties faced by the Singareni coal industry and the injustice to mine workers. He made these statements during a press conference held on Saturday in Godavarikhani, Peddapalli district.
Rajireddy stated that the Singareni industry achieved unprecedented development across the country during the BRS government's tenure. He also highlighted that mine workers received numerous benefits over the 11 years that TBGKS served as the recognized union.
Miryala Rajireddy strongly criticized AITUC, accusing them of compromising hereditary jobs within Singareni. He further alleged that AITUC lacks genuine commitment to the welfare of the workers.
Rajireddy credited the BRS and TBGKS for successfully re-establishing employment opportunities for heirs through compassionate appointments. He also pointed to Congress policies as the reason for the reduction in the number of workers in the company.
