Shaik Ansar, a student from Tolichowki, met with an accident in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, on August 25 and is currently on a ventilator. He had traveled to Indiana to pursue a bachelor's degree in information technology.

According to the Times of India, Ansar remains in critical condition at Northside Hospital Gwinnett in Lawrenceville. His family applied for an emergency visa, which was rejected after an interview.

Ansar's mother, Sograh Begum, told the Times of India that they have no intention of staying in the US. She stated that all they want is to go see their son and get him back as soon as doctors clear him to travel.

Sograh Begum also mentioned that doctors had repeatedly asked the family to consider whether they wanted to continue keeping Ansar on a ventilator, but they were unwilling to give up hope, as reported by the Times of India.

This situation highlights the urgent need for government assistance for families in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana whose children face emergencies while studying abroad, emphasizing the importance of support in such critical times.
