Former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has strongly condemned the local election process in Andhra Pradesh, alleging widespread irregularities and an unfair notification.

He stated that YSRCP candidates are being intimidated and prevented from filing their nominations. Jagan attributed these alleged atrocities to the ruling coalition government and the State Election Commission (SEC).

YS Jagan further accused the police, officials, and the SEC of acting in favor of the ruling coalition. He emphasized that such actions undermine the spirit of democracy.

Jagan detailed instances of attacks on YSRCP candidates and obstacles created during the nomination filing process. He expressed serious concern over these developments.

Jagan demanded that the local election process be conducted transparently and impartially. He called for an environment where candidates can file nominations freely and without fear.
