Altimetrik, an AI engineering company, inaugurated its Healthcare & Life Sciences Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad on October 19, 2026. The new center aims to accelerate AI innovation for its clients.
The CoE's initial offering is PharmaOS, an agentic AI framework specifically designed for life sciences. This framework is built upon Altimetrik's proprietary ALTi AIOS™ (operating system).
Altimetrik stated that PharmaOS allows the center to guide clients from a defined concept to a governed AI agentic workflow within a single week. This process helps organizations quickly move from an initial idea to a functional use case.
The CoE brings together AI engineers and life sciences specialists to develop agents that meet regulatory requirements. It ensures every output is traceable to trusted sources and maintains accountability for decisions made.
This new center is situated within Altimetrik's 22,000 sq ft office at Phoenix Equinox in Gachibowli, near HITEC City. The Hyderabad office currently houses over 300 Altimetrik employees.
