Altimetrik, an AI engineering company, opened its Healthcare & Life Sciences Center of Excellence (CoE) in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, on October 19, 2026. This new center aims to accelerate AI innovation within the industry.
The CoE introduced PharmaOS, an agentic AI framework developed by Altimetrik for the life sciences sector. This framework is built on Altimetrik's ALTi AIOS operating system.
With PharmaOS, clients can move from an initial concept to a functional AI agentic workflow within a week. This capability helps organizations quickly implement their ideas into working solutions.
The center brings together AI engineers and life sciences specialists to create agents that meet regulatory requirements. It ensures that all outputs are traceable to reliable sources and holds individuals accountable for decisions.
This new facility is located within Altimetrik's 22,000 sq ft office at Phoenix Equinox in Gachibowli, near HITEC City. The office currently employs over 300 Altimetrik staff members.
The center will support various functions including drug discovery, clinical development, commercial operations, manufacturing, patient engagement, and care delivery.
