The Telangana government is bringing revolutionary changes to its administrative machinery. It has decided in principle to implement 100 percent paperless governance within the next year.

With a comprehensive plan aimed at digital governance, all communications between government departments and services provided to the public will be brought entirely online.

As part of this initiative, the 'e-Office' system has been expanded from the Secretariat to the district collectorates. The 'e-Cabinet' is also being successfully implemented for policy decisions.

Employee service records, transfers, promotions, and salary processes will be digitized. 'HRMS' services will be made available to government employees.

Scheme funds will be directly credited to beneficiaries' accounts, eliminating the need for intermediaries. A 'Real-Time Command Dashboard' is being established under the Chief Minister's Office.
